Integrated Messaging

As with clients, a messaging space is now available in your Tracktor space. Conversations linked to an order, free exchanges with your client contacts — everything is centralized, in real-time, without leaving the platform.

Visible fleet number directly from the kanban

Your resources are now identifiable at a glance in your order kanban. Each card displays the fleet number of the associated resource in the form of a blue tag — if a resource has been correctly linked to the order.

If no resource is yet linked, a discreet button invites you to select one. If a resource is linked but the fleet number is missing, you are guided to the resource sheet to complete it. The same level of detail is also available on the order detail page, so you never lose track between your equipment fleet and your field commitments.

Manage your agencies independently

You can now create and archive your agencies directly from your supplier space, without going through the Tracktor team. From your account settings, you can add a new agency in seconds, and you can archive an existing one if it is no longer active.

This gives you complete control over the structure of your organization on the platform, particularly useful when managing multiple depots or geographic areas.

Visibility on your received quote requests

When a client designates you as a contact on a quote request, it now appears in your request list — even if you were not the main recipient of the agency. You can check the details of the request, identify that you are indeed the associated contact, and see the other stakeholders linked to this order.

The goal: to ensure that the right supplier sales representative follows each file, without relying on a manual transfer of information internally.
