Integrated Messaging

A messaging space is now available directly within Tracktor. You can open conversations with your interlocutors — linked to an order or free — without leaving the platform.

The list of your conversations is accessible from the main navigation, with a preview of unread messages at the top of the list. You can send a message, create a new conversation, and exchange in real-time with your contacts. No need to juggle between WhatsApp, email, and Tracktor to coordinate a project.

Identify your supplier contacts on each request

When you send a quote request, you can now directly select the relevant supplier sales representatives. They are linked to the request upon sending, receive associated notifications, and are visibly displayed in your sourcing.

In practice, from the sourcing of an order, you choose the supplier agency, then add the contacts from that agency who need to be in the loop. If no one has been added, that is also visible — no more doubts about who has been notified or not.

The goal is simple: to work directly with the right contact, speed up responses, and stop following up via email or phone outside of Tracktor.

Generate your purchase orders in one click

The generation of the purchase order has been completely overhauled. From the "Files" section of an order, you click on "Create a purchase order", add any comments in the modal that opens, and then confirm.

The document is generated instantly on the server side, a confirmation appears on the screen, and the purchase order is immediately available in the corresponding section. No more documents generated on the fly from the browser — the generation is more reliable, faster, and the result is more in line with your billing information.
