Les fournisseurs peuvent désormais personnaliser leurs réponses aux demandes de devis.
Ils peuvent modifier la nature des équipements, ajuster les quantités, ajouter des options ou des commentaires.

Le client n’a plus besoin d’envoyer une nouvelle demande de devis en cas d’oubli : tout est visible directement dans son espace.

Commande plus rapide

Le flux de commande a été complètement repensé.
Vous indiquez ce que vous recherchez et, immédiatement, vous voyez tous les fournisseurs disponibles autour de vos chantiers.
Cela vous permet de chiffrer rapidement un chantier et de simplifier l’envoi des demandes de devis.

Visualisez facilement le bilan carbone

Greenway a été lancé pour intégrer des indicateurs d’usage et d’impact environnemental directement dans Tracktor, au niveau des commandes.

Vous pouvez désormais visualiser l’impact environnemental de vos locations grâce :

  • à une estimation standardisée (ERA),

  • et, lorsque disponible, aux données réelles fournies par Hiboo.

Cela apporte plus de transparence et permet aux entreprises de mieux comprendre et piloter l’empreinte environnementale de leurs chantiers.

New Reception Architecture

The reception flow has been simplified to be more directly linked to order data, eliminating dependence on bill_lines.

This change brings processes closer to order expectations, preventing the proliferation of reception objects and the entanglement of billing closure processes.



Improvement of Contact Information Display

Information from the rental agency now appears at the top of the page, and the details of the renter and client are merged into a single “Contacts” card, optimizing space and making contact details easily accessible




Supplier Area

Addition of Kanban for Suppliers

With this new feature, suppliers can now view and organize their ongoing orders through a Kanban board.

This allows them to better track the status of their orders and facilitate their daily management.

Each order card displays essential information such as:

  • the order number,

  • the date,

  • the name of the item or resource,

  • and the client.

Options to filter or sort orders by client or by date are also available, providing a summarized and visual view for a significant improvement in user experience.

Discover our latest update to the Supplier Portal, bringing major improvements to simplify your daily workflows and enhance your overall user experience.

Internal fleet number for resources

You can now create resources without being required to enter an internal fleet number. This added flexibility makes managing your digital fleet even easier. The “Fleet Number” field is now optional, and when provided, it must be unique at the agency level to prevent duplicates.

Manage your agencies

View, edit, and manage your agencies effortlessly. You now have full visibility of your agencies on Tracktor, with the ability to update key information such as address, main contact email, and phone number. You can also link or unlink users from agencies, giving you greater control over your team management.

Improvements and fixes

  • Display of internal references and serial numbers in the resource selector for more accurate selection of similar machines.

  • Added support for Quotation documents, allowing suppliers to upload, view, and manage their quotes with ease.

Clearer events on the homepage

The homepage now only displays events that are still open. You see the essentials, without being cluttered by history.

Simplified order tracking

Each order status now indicates the number of associated orders. You can see at a glance how many orders are pending, in progress, or completed.

Improvements & Fixes

Added information on expired quote requests.

Better readability thanks to automatic line breaks on certain texts.

A Kanban that provides more useful information

The Kanban evolves: park number displayed directly, number of orders per column, and the ability to sort by date to easily find your orders.

In the planning, the park number is now displayed directly on the machine. In the timeline, rental and delivery/pick-up dates are grouped to avoid duplicates and streamline reading.

Compare offers based on your criteria

The revamp of the Sourcing page filters comes with a new sorting option. By default, results are displayed by distance to the site, but you can also sort them by price.

Possibility to unarchive a user.

In billing, a reference (eOTP code) can now be left empty.

Information about resources (machines and operators) provided by suppliers displayed more clearly.

On mobile, duplicate, cancel, add orders!

You now have access to many features to manage your orders directly from your phone:

Duplicate an order: useful for recurring needs on a construction site. No need to re-enter.

Cancel an order: quick in case of an error or unforeseen event.

Attach documents to an order: everything is centralized (photos, purchase orders, CE certificates, VGP, ...).

Automatic address pre-filling: the address of the site is filled in automatically based on the selected site.

Try out these new features on the Tracktor app, available on iOS and Android.


A dashboard that adapts to your organization

No more endless scrolling, making way for the new Kanban view grouped by status.

This view is better suited for tracking rentals at the scale of a construction site. Need details? You can switch back to the classic view at any time.



A clearer navigation with more space

The sidebar menu has evolved to adapt to your way of working. You can now fold it up to gain space and readability. Access to settings, support, or sending feedback has also been simplified, so you can find what you need more quickly.



Improved sourcing for more consistent results

The sourcing engine has been improved to prioritize the right suppliers based on the type of material and the location of the site.

No more concrete plants when you're looking for a lift! You can still search for a supplier manually.

And if a supplier does not appear, a quick form allows you to suggest them. Our teams add them within the day, and you can place an order right away.



Improvements

No need to create purchase orders manually thanks to automatic generation upon order validation.

Phone numbers are automatically formatted.

The mobile version is clearer with simplified filters related to simplified order statuses. New mobile sourcing engine is more efficient.
