New Reception Architecture

The reception flow has been simplified to be more directly linked to order data, eliminating dependence on bill_lines.

This change brings the processes closer to order expectations, avoiding the multiplication of reception objects and the entanglement of billing closure processes.



Improvement of Contact Information Display

The rental agency's information now appears at the top of the page, and the details of the renter and the client are merged into a single “Contacts” card, optimizing space and making contact details easily accessible.



Supplier Space

Addition of Kanban for Suppliers

Thanks to this new feature, suppliers can now view and organize their ongoing orders via a Kanban board.

This allows them to better track the status of their orders and facilitate their daily management.

Each order card displays essential information such as:

  • the order number,

  • the date,

  • the name of the item or resource,

  • and the client.

Options to filter or sort orders by client or by date are also available, providing a synthesized and visual view for a significant improvement in user experience.
